Two years ago we (our church in Huntsville- Legacy Life Centre) hosted a weekend for the Sons and Daughters Conference. It was an amazing three days spent meeting incredible people, establishing strong relationships, sharing our hearts and visions and just hanging out. There's something about spending summer days on the water, eating great food, asking good questions and worshiping together that feeds the soul in a way that few words can accurately describe. It was so simple yet so profoundly beautiful!

This painting was from a picture I took of one of my very close friends at this conference. The picture seemed to portray perfectly the essence of that gathering. She was glowing; we all were.
